S.U.P. Cocktail

S.U.P. is the acronym for stand up paddleboard but at Shore Rider this really means "sup dude?"!

Local neighborhood spots, Shore Rider, Cove House, and Dough Momma are great supporters of the La Jolla Art and Wine Festival.  They're sharing with us the recipe to their most popular cocktail so you can make it at home. Give this cocktail a try, it's quite tasty!!

S.U.P. Cocktail
1.5 oz of Titos

0.5 oz of lemon juice

0.5 oz of diluted agave nectar

0.5 oz of strawberry puree

soda water fill

Build the drink in a tin with ice, pour into a Collins glass and fill with a bit of soda water to top it off.  Garnish with fresh cut strawberry and lemon wedge.  Enjoy!

Cove House, Shore Rider, and Dough Momma are a family of La Jolla based restaurants. Though the restaurant business can be complicated, especially in these times, we see our mission as unchanged. We want to make you smile, laugh, and relax while you are served delicious food and drinks by wonderful people in a beautiful setting, it’s pretty simple. We believe restaurants are the fabric of any great community. It is our job to be a neighborhood gathering place and enhance the community. We are blessed to be located and surrounded by the beauty of La Jolla.  Our restaurants are in La Jolla Shores and also overlooking La Jolla Cove.
