The La Jolla Art & Wine Festival is a bustling two-day event featuring juried in Artists, a wine and beer garden, music and dance performances, a silent auction and a children's art center.
This originals-only show was marketed throughout California and northern Baja California via print, radio, TV, and online venues, guaranteeing an impressive crowd.
The weather made for an excellent weekend, ideal for show-goers coming out to enjoy the spectacle.
Auditors lauded the management and the Artist treatment. The Director, used to be the CEO of the Sausalito Art Festival. "The show was very well run," an auditor said.
Artists were impressed with the Artist amenities as ell.The show included the Artist Cove, which was open throughout the Festival. It offered booth sitting, water and certain equipment.
Auditors also gave high scores to layout, parking and load-in/out.
Overall, auditors appreciated the prestige of the show and the balance of mediums, and the majority said they'd give the show another shot. "Lillis knows what he is doing," a glass Artist said. "It has potential in a great demographic."
